    That's the same error I got when I tried to install Lively. I never found a workaround for it, but didn't experience the error with Chrome.

    I got it working finally. Zonealarm: Force Field was the culprit.

    Now I'm curious as to why Lively never worked for me. I don't run
    ZoneAlarm.

    I can't wait until they roll out a mac version.. unfair that us mac user have to wait *wink*. Thanks for the positive feedback.

    No problemo. :-).
    I'm not doom and gloom all the time, and as a few on FriendFeed noted this
    evening, I even admit it when I'm wrong from time to time.

    I figured Google would do something to rectify bugs in the Safari base code.

    Well I still have not drank the kool-aid like Mark, here... :-P (hehehe, just kiddin' rizzn)... But I do still stick to my negative and moody comment from before...

    The fact is: I primarily use my mac and only boot my WinXP toilet when I'm feeling masochistic. But all the same, even "Chrome" here has not inspired me to dust off that relic and become one with the blogosphere bukaki that is the reviews of Google's new thorn. (I might even be stubborn when they DO release a "version" for OSX... just because I'm surly. )

    You can use Privoxy to block adds. This program is another example of how truly magnificent Google Inc. really is!

    I’m posting this comment using Chrome. I was a Firefox user for the last 2 years but now I’m switching to Chrome, I just love it. The best is the application shortcuts and incognito mode
